P2 represents the second plénitude of a Dom Pérignon, which is the result of a 16-year maturation. The uniqueness of Dom Pérignon is expressed more clearly than ever before and presents itself with dark, mineral, iodine and spicy notes. A year marked by constant temperature changes and thunderstorms The year 2000 was characterized by a constant change from cold and rainy to hot days and strong thunderstorms. The summer was visited by long bad weather periods, before the sun could pass through in the last days of August.
